HOW SUGAR CAUSES CANCER

       Sugar is an essential source of fuel as it provides immediate energy, however it causes a lot of damages to human body when taken in inappropriate quantity. Cancer cells love sugar because sugar helps to pave way for them. Sugar causes varieties of cancer. When excess sugar is taken, the body produces more insulin than normal, breast tissues for instance contain insulin receptors which is a powerful stimulant of cell growth, researchers have discovered that high levels of insulin actually causes breast cancer, prostrate cancer and endometrium cancer and cancer of the pancreas. Sugar also causes obesity which is known cause of cancer. Although sugar causes a lot of damages, sweeteners such as aspartame, saccharin and sucralose cause more harm as they cause cancer of the bladder, lymphoma and leukaemia. Sugar also weakens the immune system giving cancerous cells dominion.
