HOW TO GET RID OF DARK SPOTS

1). LEMON:Slice the lemon finely and squeeze the juice into a clean bowl,dip a cotton swab and apply few drops on the affected skin area after then rinse thoroughly with clean water.Practice this regularly to get rid of dark spots.
2). OATMEAL: Make a paste of oatmeal and warm water  and apply on the dark spots; leave for several minutes then wash with lukewarm water. practice this once or twice in a week.
3). POTATO: Slice a potato and place one slice directly on the dark spots; leave for some minutes and and then wash with clean water.
4). TOMATO: Scrub a slice of tomato or apply  tomato juice directly on your face and leave for about 20 minutes then wash away with clean water on a daily routine. Honey mixed with tomato juice  works perfectly.
5). ALOE VERA: This is an effective solution for healing skin stings,burns and dark spots. Get a small piece of aloe from an aloe plant,squeeze into your hand and apply gently and directly on your face, wait for several minutes then rinse off with clean water.
6). ONIONS: The acidic properties of onions can lighten dark spots . Peel a red onion and grind into paste with either a juicer or a blender .Use a cotton swab to dab a little on the dark spots and let it sit for 15 minutes,then rinse it off
7). CUCUMBER:Scrub a fresh slice of cucumber on your face and wash off after 20 or 30 minutes.This can get rid of acne scars.
8). MILK AND HONEY PASTE:Milk which is a natural lightening agent can work perfectly with honey as a moisturizer.Stir some milk and honey in a clean bowl then apply on the dark spots,leave for about 30 minutes then rinse off.This will help to lighten the dark spots effectively.
9). COCONUT OIL: Coconut oil contains antioxidants which helps to eliminate dark spots.Regular application will get get rid of the dark spots and prevents them from coming back.
10). COCONUT WATER:The water gotten from coconut contains cytokines and also lauric acid which cleans off dark spots.Cut a fresh green coconut and pour the water into a clean bowl ,dip a cotton swab into the water and apply on your face then rinse with lukewarm water after some minutes.

DRINKING LOTS OF WATER ALSO HELPS TO REMOVE DARK SPOTS AS ELIMINATE THE EXTRA TOXINS IN THE BODY AND MOISTURIZES THE SKIN.
